I requested my PS4 to stop overheating and for the fan to stop being as loud, they did a good job on that part except my PS4 came back with broken pieces and the box was pretty damaged, also the power button does not work at times and my PS4 won’t eject discs no more. I have a 2014 model and I’ve always taken good care of it. And throughout these years I’ve only had the overheating issue.
